Maintaining Resident Relationships

This course was designed for EGCN Property Management Company in an effort to retain clients for longer periods of time. The client turnover rate was exceeding each year. Through staff interviews and observations, it was discovered that the handling of clients was subpar and needing improvement. This course was created with realistic simulations, interactions, knowledge checks and a summative assessment along with voice over technology. It was recommended to conduct ILT workshops to further follow up practice and formative assessments conducted on the staff. Closing gaps are essential and continual assessment data is needed to ensure employees are meeting their target SMART goals.

How to build a balanced and nutritious smoothie

This course was designed to showcase a variety of skills when working with Storyline. Some of the skills displayed are: Embedding Vyond animation into Storyline courses, adding movement with interaction, and drag and drop interactions, among others. I also edited audio, video and various images to make this come to life. 

This module was designed for ABC technologies in an effort to enhance employee productivity and meeting projected financial goals. After interviewing the staff utilizing a survey and conducting 1:1 interviews with leadership team members, it was found that miscommunication and hesitancy to communicate due to trust issues were the core problem. A 20 minute Rise course was created with interactivity, realistic simulations, knowledge checks and a summative assessment were used to teach leadership and staff memebers how to come together as a unit and communicate effectively.

Final Storyline Assessment Embedding Vyond animation and gamification

This final assessment was created for an EdTech company requesting an engaging and interactive quiz for K-12 students. The needs analysis required students to be engaged in the assessment so that it produced results that were driven from learning gaps versus motivational gaps. In order to achieve this, a brain break and gamification were utilized. Through enhancement of extrinsic motivation embedded into the assessment via gamification, the isolated results of learning gaps were targeted.
